The Project
FAIRER Consulting are specialist DE&I consultants and pioneers in the fields of diversity, equity and inclusion. They came to us needing a completely new website for a brand that did not yet exist. Recognising the potential of HubSpot, Fairer began the search for a HubSpot partner up for the job and engaged with us after we were highly recommended by a professional marketing network.
Once initial discussion confirming HubSpot was the right choice for their website and commercial operations platform, we set out building the plan. Starting with diligent process and property mapping we were able to develop a clear picture of how HubSpot needed to be set up for them. We then commence the implementation, setting up and configuring their new HubSpot portal, before onboarding the team to the CRM, marketing and content hubs and providing bespoke training and along with building a library of video guides for future use.
We simultaneously designed and built the new website, producing an on-brand, highly accessible site on HubSpot CMS, with intelligent automation and backend processes configured to their unique requirements. Post launch, we have continued our partnership with FAIRER, providing ongoing support in utilising HubSpot to drive their marketing strategy and campaigns whilst facilitating further automations and integrations.
The Result
FAIRER Consulting now have a new, on-brand website that maximises accessibility for the user. By building the site on HubSpot CMS, we were able to ensure the backend commercial processes are configured to meet unique requirements of the business, eliminating the need for multiple tools.
Following the launch, we have continued to provide support to FAIRER on utilising HubSpot to drive their commercial strategy and campaigns. With additional support provided configuring further automations and integrations with other platforms.
